De beginfase van een project kan erg tijdrovend zijn. Het creëren van hoogwaardige kwaliteit mockups kan overweldigend zijn voor zowel een klant als een ontwerper. Een mockup kan verwarrend werken voor een klant en vaak raken ze afgeleid door alle kleine details die op dat moment wellicht nog helemaal niet van belang zijn. In deze talk ga ik vertellen hoe je je ontwerp proces efficiënter maakt door middel van het gebruik van ‘styletiles’ en hoe dit kan helpen bij je ontwerp beslissingen en het overtuigen van een klant.
The initial phase of designing a project can be very time consuming. Designing high-fidelity mockups can be very overwhelming for the client as well as the designer. Clients are often confused and distracted by all the details that are in these mockups while they need to focus on the essentials of the design first. (colours, typography, shapes etc.) Creating and adjusting these mockups is taking up a lot of a designers time.
My talk is about how you can use style tiles to kickstart your design process and use it to convince your clients. I will also talk about how style tiles can be of use when working with developers and kickstart their develop process as well.
